Restrictions
Purchases by persons under the age of eighteen (18) are not permitted in the UK where Mirage Cigarettes Ltd are registered. You must be 18 years of age and possess a valid credit card to purchase our products. Mirage Cigarettes Ltd will not sell our products to minors. Mirage Cigarettes Ltd reserve the right to cancel any sales transaction based on its sole discretion where it reasonably believes the purchaser is purchasing products on behalf of a minor.
Warranty
Our products are supplied with a 28 day warranty, atomizers and batteries are consumable and atomizers are expected to last 4 - 6 weeks and batteries 6 - 12 weeks but these dates will very from user to user. Please return the item to be replaced to our office address with a covering letter stating name and address and original order number and we will post a replacement out by return. Customers are reminded to purchase additional atomizers and batteries so they can continue to use there vapouriser when components fail.

The purchase of products from Mirage Cigarettes Ltd is governed by these terms and conditions. Please read them before using the site. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

The descriptions and pictures on the website are a guide to the style and look of our products. We try to make them as accurate as possible but cannot be held responsible for minor differences. They do however represent our products.
Jurisdiction
This Contract shall be construed and governed in all respects by English Law and all disputes arising under or relating to the Contract shall be the subject of the jurisdiction of the Courts in England to which Mirage Cigarettes Ltd and the customer hereby submit.
Liability
To the extent allowed by the law, Mirage Cigarettes Ltd shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the services or products sold from or referred to on this site in the following circumstances: for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made for losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of Mirage Cigarettes Ltd or their suppliers for business losses and/or losses to non consumers.
Payment
Payment is due before goods are dispatched unless a credit account has been authorised by Mirage Cigarettes Ltd in which case payment is due 14 days from date of invoicing. Mirage Cigarettes Ltd reserves the right to withhold supplies and to suspend any further deliveries in the event that payment is overdue. We accept payment from the major credit and debit cards.
Prices
Prices quoted are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to alteration by Mirage Cigarettes Ltd without prior notice. Price amendments will only be made prior to contract. Duty and taxes will be charged at the rates prevailing at the time of dispatch. Delivery and credit card charges are additional.
Refunds & Cancelations Policy
All consumers have the right to cancel their order prior to dispatch and for seven (7) working days after delivery. If the order is cancelled after dispatch. A refund will only be issued on return of the items, unused and in original packaging, and in the condition they were sent out in. If goods are deemed to be at fault and suitable replacements cannot be provided then a refund will be issued

This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The data is used to fulfill your order and for marketing campaigns. PayPal and/or our payment provider will collect your payment information. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
Quality
All goods are warranted on delivery to the customer to be of the nature, substance and quality invoiced and to conform in all respects with all the appropriate statutory regulations.

PayPal, or other payment providers, use state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against security risks.

Time of Order
Orders received by us before 12 noon (GMT) during working days will be normally be dispatched within 24 hours but please allow 7-10 days. Working days are Mondays to Fridays except public holidays.
Title to Goods
Property and title in the goods shall remain with Mirage Cigarettes Ltd and shall not pass to the customer until such time as Mirage Cigarettes Ltd has received payment in full of all sums due on whatsoever account.
USA / EU / Worldwide Shipments
Mirage Cigarettes Ltd makes no representation concerning the legal rights of anyone to ship or import our devices to any state. The customer is solely responsible for shipment of the device(s) and by placing an order is authorising Mirage Cigarettes Ltd to act on their behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver the order to the selected destination. Identification may be required when the goods are delivered.
